Dimitar Popov is Chairman of the Board and the founder of ELBAT. In 1988 Dimitar graduates in Pulp and Paper Technology and shortly after, in his early 20s, builds the company from the ground up and lays the foundations for what it represents today. Dimitar devotes his life into building and developing not only a company, but also a team and a structure that continue to last more than 3 decades under his leadership.
