Nikolay Bazhlekov is Chief Executive Director and Co-founder of ELBAT. Nikolay and Dimitar are former classmates and few years after graduating together in Pulp and Paper Technology they see a niche in the recovery of exhausted batteries. Nikolay is a fundamental component of the company’s identity and basis since the very beginning. He started, developed and preserved what ELBAT is today.
