Toncho Dimitrov is Manager Purchase of Raw Materials for Bulgaria at ELBAT. He joins the company in 2010, effectively expands and improves the company’s raw material purchases from Bulgaria indicating the necessity for the company’s further technical expansion. Prior to that Toncho has a 19 year experience in the field of scrap trading in the largest Bulgarian collecting companies.
