Vasilka Marinova is Director of Human Resources at ELBAT. Her work experience is entirely in the field of human resources management and development. Vasilka’s career started in Bulgarian Ministry of Defence as Senior Expert in Human Resources and Document Information Services. In 2014 she joined ELBAT as a Human Resources Expert, and from 2020 to the present she holds the position of Human Resources Director. Vasilka has a Master’s degree in Economics and Labour Management with specialisation in Human Resource Management from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.
